PRODUCTS IN DETAIL
Ceramic fiber pouring ladles feature excellent heat retention, low maintenance costs and support direct cold start-up. Compared with conventional ladle materials, this composite delivers superior wear resistance and thermal insulation performance.
Customer field data proves that the aluminum melt temperature can be kept 15–20°C lower when using our ladles versus traditional cast iron ladles, which meets the requirements of most manufacturers.
The material has a bulk density of 1.65 g/cm³, offering an outstanding strength-to-density ratio. All ladles are fully coated with boron nitride release coating before delivery, which drastically improves anti-aluminum-sticking property and greatly optimizes overall operational experience for end users.
Product Advantages
- Lightweight material
- Supports cold start, no preheating required
- Low heat & temperature loss
- Excellent mechanical properties
- Non-stick to molten aluminum
- Free from iron contamination
- Low maintenance cost
Application Scope
High-pressure die casting, gravity casting, sand casting
