What about the payment terms?
T/T or L/C or other forms. We can negotiate.
How about the shipping & package?
The package usually includes bubble wrap, carton, pallet, wooden case etc. The shipping method includes express air or sea transportation, which we can negotiate to find the best option.
What about the delivery time?
Generally it is 10-20 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 30-50 days if the goods are not in stock or customization, it is depending on the quantity.
Can you handle small orders?
Yes, to support customers' business, we can sell some products in small quantities to you each time. We can also handle small custom orders, but please note that this may result in higher mold costs per product. It depends on the details.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the type of product. And we are glad to create custom samples for you to test the quality before placing bulk order.
