As a core component of the ignition system for gas-fired equipment, this product adopts high-purity (≥99%) recrystallized silicon carbide ceramics as the core substrate and is formed via precision sintering technology. It boasts outstanding high-temperature resistance, stable electrical and thermal conductivity, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Different from the traditional high-voltage spark ignition method, this product generates heat through its own resistance after low-voltage energization and rapidly heats up to the ignition temperature, achieving spark-free, low-noise ignition via hot surface ignition. It eliminates high-voltage interference and is suitable for various scenarios with stringent requirements for ignition stability and safety.
