Application
The intermediate tube (suction tube) is a core component of the gating system for non-ferrous metal casting (especially aluminum alloy) processes such as low-pressure casting and gravity casting. It acts as the critical transition channel that delivers molten aluminum from holding furnaces / crucibles to mold cavities, directly impacting casting forming quality, production efficiency and yield rate.
Core Functions
1.For low-pressure casting: Serve as a stalk tube to smoothly transfer molten aluminum from crucibles to mold cavities.
2.For gravity casting: Work as a runner transition component to guide molten aluminum to flow along preset paths, eliminating turbulence and entrainment of oxides/gases.

Automotive wheel hubs, engine cylinder blocks & cylinder heads, aluminum alloy die castings, and automated / mass production of precision non-ferrous castings.
