The riser is one of the key components of the low-pressure casting machine. Aluminum titanate, due to its high melting point, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, and non-stick aluminum, solves the problems of poor thermal shock resistance, poor corrosion resistance, short service life, frequent replacement, and inability to meet continuous and high-quality production of traditional steel risers.
Advantages:
1. Excellent thermal shock resistance.
2. Non wetting with non-ferrous metal melts such as aluminum melt.
3. Excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
4. High humidity resistance (can be used at 1400 ℃).
5. It can adapt well to oxidation problems at high temperatures, enabling low-pressure casting machines to achieve automation and continuity in the production process, thereby improving their production efficiency and reducing production costs.
